Favorite Friday

Here are some of my favorite things to share on Fridays.
This first picture is of a play area that my children use while at grandma and papa's house. The swimming pool is right off of it so it aids in helping to keep the sun off of them and giving them a place to play while cooling off. And you don't have to worry about making a mess or getting water and mud all over.

This is the kids' second play house that grandpa built for them. It has a single bed, kitchen area, dining room table, and a dress up cabinet inside. Outside is a hammock for relaxing in to read (although they get aggressive sometimes and try to swing eachother out of it), a sink hooked up to running water for making all those mudpies, and a garden nearby with fruits and veggies for fresh snacking.

Here is the ghost of the garden. She has lights that light her up at night and make her look ghostly in a good way. I seen her while browsing a store across the state so I loaded her up and brought her to her home at my parent's place.

And finally, the comfort of a porch swing (although not located on the porch). Everyone knows that children tend to swing much higher and with more vigor than the adults so this swing comes with a small swing off to the right just for them. It keeps everyone happy!

This is a pretty good start to some of the things I enjoy.

Is that all one place? Looks lovely. Kind of like my parent's place. LOL! What is it with Grandparent's yards? They actually have TIME to work in them!

Yes, it is all one place. My mom is an avid gardener. She does all these amazing things that I can only sit in a chair and think of doing, lol.
