We spent one day this weekend at a local Community Days event. For being such a small town they did put on a good event. They had a town wide yard sale, parade, talent show, children's carnival, vendor booths, evening entertainment and a dance. My children enjoyed the, dare I say it, hillbilly-ish side of the day. They liked the arm wrestling competition and the lawn mower races the best.
Small town entertainment, there is nothing like it!
